They did an amazing job!! We have really big windows along with a few small windows and they’re all clear with no streaks! Not many can pull that off. The team is very polite and professional! They cleaned everything up from the gutters as they should but everything looked grade A by the time they left. This team will definitely be back in a couple weeks!

They did an amazing job. Their prices are fair and they get their jobs done fast but they get it done right. What I found was the best part is that it's a father nd son company.

I used Deramo window cleaning services for about 5 years. I noticed streaks and drips on my windows but tolerated that. I noticed he didn't always clean all the windows. I had asked him several times to call me prior to coming and he only did that once. I had originally asked for windows to be cleaned 4 times per year and reduced it to 3 times per year after the first year. This past year he came five times and cleaned the gutter 3 times, each time saying that the gutters were "full". He only once asked permission to clean the gutters even though I had asked him to get permission each time. The final straw came when I received a bill for gutter cleaning when I had just had gutter guards installed one month before. He obviously never even looked. Even when I called to cancel his services, he never responded. Mr Deramo "cleaned" gutters without permission, never returned phone calls or communicate in any way, came more frequently than had been asked, raised rates frequently and did mediocre work at best.

Over the years, the window cleaning has been average; occasional smears, streaks, etc. but generally ok. Last month they left a note saying "The gutters were packed. I cleaned them for you." and left a bill for over $100. We had not asked to have the gutters cleaned, and we did not give him permission to clean the gutters (he had asked in the past). More importantly, however, the gutters were brand new and had just been installed, along with a new roof and downspouts, less than 48 hours before. So, of course, they were not "packed," and in fact they were bright and shiny! I can only conclude that he not only did he not clean the gutters, he didn't even look at them. In the spirit of full disclosure, he may have seen angry because I had had not been paying an additional charge for gas that he has arbitrarily tacked on each bill for the past year. (As far as I'm concerned, it's the cost of doing business). He could have refused to provide further service, contacted me to discuss the situation, etc. I'm only guessing that this may be why he said he cleaned the gutters when he had not.

THEY ALWAYS DO A GOOD JOB. THEY LEAVE A BILL THAT I CAN MAIL BACK WITH PAYMENT.
