"Technician called before and arrived on time. He moved small pieces of furniture. Large pieces (couches, entertainment centers, piano) were not moved. He sprayed a cleaner, used a machine to work it in and vacuumed up the dirt. Carpet looks very good - areas that showed dirt from foot traffic looked like new. Altogether, 3 rooms and one runner (~ 825 sq. ft.) were cleaned."
