Oxi Fresh of South Pittsburgh Carpet Cleaning

Technician called before and arrived on time. He moved small pieces of furniture. Large pieces (couches, entertainment centers, piano) were not moved. He sprayed a cleaner, used a machine to work it in and vacuumed up the dirt. Carpet looks very good - areas that showed dirt from foot traffic looked like new. Altogether, 3 rooms and one runner (~ 825 sq. ft.) were cleaned.

Fantastic job, it looks like a brand new carpet. Our carpet is about 7 years old and we have never had it cleaned. Oxi Fresh comes in and removes all the stains and I couldn't be happier with the result or the service. Will use them in the future.

The technician was professional and courteous. Our white carpets are cleaner than ever.

Andy and Connor did an outstanding job of cleaning, spot removal, and applying protectant. They clearly explained the process and they worked efficiently and thoroughly. This is the second time they have performed this work for us and we will be using their services again when needed.

These young men were great.  They were very professional and knowledgeable about their service and products.  We couldn't be more pleased with this experience.  We will have them back to clean the carpets in the bedrooms in the Fall.

The gentlemen who came out to clean my carpets were prompt and professional. They answered any questions I had and even gave both myself and my mother a large sample bottle  to try after they were done. The carpets looked fabulous and best of all, they were completely dry within 45 minutes of them being done!
I would definitely use them again and plan to!

The work was excellent. The 2-person team arrived a few minutes before the appointment time and the carpet cleaning was done quickly and very well. The newest carpet area was about 15 years old and the others were probably 30 years+ old. All areas looked great after the work was done, and even some nasty-looking stains were removed completely. The carpets all looked like new. A big plus with the Oxi Fresh process is that we could walk on the cleaned areas almost immediately, just as advertised.

They called ahead to confirm time and showed up on time.  I showed them the areas I was most concerned with and the areas I wanted cleaned as part of the two room special. The living room portion was really bad and I was uncertain if merely cleaning the carpet would be enough - we really thought we were going to have to replace it. The tenant had already attempted to clean the carpet with a commercial carpet scrubber borrowed from a friend that has a restoration service company (similar to Serve Pro) but large swaths of stains remained.
The technicians pretreated the heavily stained areas (I did not purchase any extra specialized pretreatment) and then went about cleaning the carpet. Then they did the actual carpet cleaning portion. After cleaning they fluffed up the carpet to look like new which was very helpful for the hallway and other high traffic areas of the carpet. The technicians worked methodically and deliberately to ensure all areas were cleaned. The carpet was barely damp when done and was completely dry within a couple of hours, just in time to show the apartment to a potential tenant. They also left some extra cleaner behind to spot clean areas. 
I have used this company before for a similar scenario of heaving staining and they did a wonderful job. This time, the amount of stains they were able to get out was nothing short of miraculous. I highly recommend them to other landlords for their miracle stain lifting capabilities.  Another tenant that lives nearby that had seen how badly the carpets were stained was amazed at how good the carpets looked when they were done. I purchased another deal for her to have her carpets cleaned also.
