"I was very pleased overall with the service from BeaverJack. They came out quickly for an estimate, and their estimate was very reasonable, well within my budget. They were able to schedule the work during winter while there wasn't much snow, and I found the crew to be communicative, conscientious, thorough, and friendly. The quality of the work was good, and they let me know what the next steps in the process would be. It took a while for the weather to allow them to send the stump grinder back to finish the job, but that work was also done thoroughly by a friendly, attentive worker. "A thoroughly professional experience from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with acted/responded promptly, showed up on time with a can-do attitude, and did what they said they would do. When the crew doing the work realized they could not get their equipment through our rear neighbors' narrow driveway (as the estimator thought they could), they immediately came up with a different plan, to do it from the front. This they carried out amazingly fast--and safely. They finished the job to our satisfaction in the allotted time despite the change in method. We then made a mistake on the check we gave them.
