He made suggestions to perserve the health and beauty of trees and shrubs that I identified. Then he clearly described the plan and gave me a detailed estimate. Communucation was excellent from the office as well as all the personnel on the day they arrived. I want to thank the friendly ,kind staff for thier excellent job and care to make sure the job was completed as I requested. The clean up was awesome! "A thoroughly professional experience from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with acted/responded promptly, showed up on time with a can-do attitude, and did what they said they would do. When the crew doing the work realized they could not get their equipment through our rear neighbors' narrow driveway (as the estimator thought they could), they immediately came up with a different plan, to do it from the front. This they carried out amazingly fast--and safely. They finished the job to our satisfaction in the allotted time despite the change in method. We then made a mistake on the check we gave them. Brought in a lot of equipment including a crane and flatbed tow to haul out the tree trunk, Rob and his crew were very careful--nothing got damaged.
