They were able to schedule the work during winter while there wasn't much snow, and I found the crew to be communicative, conscientious, thorough, and friendly. It took a while for the weather to allow them to send the stump grinder back to finish the job, but that work was also done thoroughly by a friendly, attentive worker. Brought in a lot of equipment including a crane and flatbed tow to haul out the tree trunk, Rob and his crew were very careful--nothing got damaged.
