Gary brings a great craftsmanship to the project and has artistic perspective that help make the project flow and support in progress decisions. They also suggested possible additions to the job without feeling like they were trying to push extras onto me, but because they thought it would be good for my home. Above all, they were friendly and easy to talk to. Our floor was in rough condition due to poor maintenance and pet damage, and there was no sense of judgement from them about this.
