"This is the second time I’ve used Advanced for my basement waterproofing needs and they were again fantastic. Work was done well and it was easy to schedule. They are low pressure so if you have a project and just need to get an opinion, reach out to them. Chris is great and very attentive and helpful. Both of my waterproofing jobs still cost less the the initial job from one of the big companies, so I was really pleased with their work and price. They did a nice job cleaning up (but concrete dust gets everywhere so I still have work to do). Highly recommend!!!! Kris was the service advisor that came out recently and he was prompt, friendly, and very thorough! Kris explained in detail to me the issues with my basement and offered various options for mitigation and repair of my water and structural issues. Kris was honest about the scope of their work and left the decisions up to me about what I thought I could afford and handle at this time. A few years ago, I had Bakers Waterproofing do some work for me in another part of the basement. Jessie was my service advisor at that time and he was also excellent! He was able to locate the immediate source of water coming into the basement from a spring outside. He showed me all the issues with my basement, however I chose to take care of part of the basement as the other part was not crucial at that time. Jessie even found a bowing wall that other companies did not find or address. I highly recommend Bakers Waterproofing!"

"When a Horrific windstorm hit our neighborhood this past Tuesday, it collapsed a 100yr old Maple on our Bunk House roof and blew off quite a few Tile from the main house roof; which resulted in us taking on water in several areas as well as present dangerous conditions for our neighbors if the tree were to shift. In all the chaos, I think I must of called 20-30 contractors of various specialties. I had left mesgs, talked to owners, sent emails, ect., RMS was the one and only contractor, besides 1 Tree Service Co. That called me back and was there the same day. After reading the reviews on HomeAdvisor, I knew we found our crew. Even though our project is just beginning, I'm very confident that its going to be smooth and as painless as possible with Rick and his crew. While assessing the damage to our Terra-cotta Tile roof, they noticed my gutters were completely clogged and flooded. They did not hesitate to quickly dive in and fix the problem immediately, which would of taken a whole afternoon had I been forced to add it to my chore list. I thought that was pretty AWESOME, being that at this point we hadn't even hired them for the job yet. GOOD PEOPLE and I look forward to working with them."
