"Can't say enough good things about Anthony Triano. He was on time to all our appointments, communicates well, gave a quote that showed a complete understanding of our complex project, and worked continuously to get it done fast and right. Customers say: Super punctual

"I can’t say enough Good things about Rick Page Quality Landscaping and his staff, they installed a new retaining wall, two paver patios, repaired my steps and installed yard drainage. They were there every day on time and when they were done for the day they cleaned up. The work they did at my home is beautiful,I’ve had many people stop by and tell me how beautiful my property looks. With Rick Page quality landscaping you get honest and quality work at a fair price, When he comes to your home to bid your job he takes his time and goes over everything with you in detail.I will continue to use Rick Page Quality Landscaping for any future projects I have at my home and highly recommend him to anyone who needs any type of Hardscape or landscaping done at their home, You will not be disappointed."

"They did a wonderful job for us, and even put in some plants we had bought that was not part of the original deal. We are having them come back next week to do some more work for us. They are great to work with and really care about their customers."

"We moved into a new house this past fall knowing we would need a wall repair with anchors. I called Bakerâ s to ask if they could help! That evening they sent out Jon M who was a fantastic help with the process. Explained everything in detail, showed us what needed to be done, gave us the right price amount, set us up with the appointment and a few weeks later we had a new wall! Whenever Ive had questions with anything even to this day Jon has always been able to answer any questions and even get paperwork together that we needed. The guys who came to do the work were very nice explained what needed done did it in a timely manner and did a really good job! Thanks Bakerâ s!!!"

Masonry questions, answered by experts

Rock salt and ice melts contain sodium chloride, aka salt, and are corrosive to metal and concrete. If used frequently over time, it can cause corrosion, discoloration, chipping, and cracking to patios, walkways, and driveways. You can try a rock salt alternative or hire a professional snow removal company instead.

Costs range from $3,500 to $15,000, depending on material, labor, and design complexity.

The difference between river rock and landscaping rocks is size, smoothness, and use. River rocks are smooth and flat, as if polished by water, and come in diameters between 1 and 8 inches. Landscape rock can vary in size from small pea gravel installations to car-sized boulders. However, landscaping and river rocks are interchangeable in many situations. River rock is best for pathways, walkways, garden bed mulch, water features, and planting accents, while small landscape rocks can serve as a walkway base, gravel playground areas, and filler between pavers.

Always work with licensed and certified masons in your area when installing a stone wall or even a stone veneer. Just like all home designers, they should provide an impressive portfolio and offer a free estimate for the project. Pick the pro who fits your budget and schedule and, most importantly, helps you realize your landscape vision.

Not all cracks in brick indicate foundation problems. For instance, small hairline cracks can occur as a new construction settles. However, larger cracks are often a sign of a more severe issue. Indicators of a potential foundation problem include long horizontal cracks, "stair-step" cracks, vertical cracks that appear indoors, or any crack that widens at the top. Other signs of structural damage to look for are uneven floors and doors or windows that stick. These issues could be caused by problems with the soil beneath the home or an overgrown tree.
