He seemed to think it wasn't a large problem but when I hired a contractor to fix what Ed said was wrong, they seriously disagreed.

He showed up on time, was a really nice guy but totally botched the issue. He claimed it was one thing so I called my masonry contractor, who I have used before and trust, and he said no way, he has been in the business for 30 years and that was not the problem at all. And what Patton said to do won't solve a thing. So now I have to call yet another company. Patton was a nice guy, until he stopped returning my emails.
