"The deck, chandelier, handrail, and UV projects were done in October. The windows required a special order and were installed on two consecutive days in December. Mr. Jackson and his employees did an excellent job. They are efficient and courteous, and left the work areas very clean. Chris is knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. It is difficult to make a definitive price comparison, as we did not get estimates from other contractors, but we trust Chris—I had hired him for work on a previous house—and feel that his prices were very fair and reasonable. Casement windows are expensive and we expected that; the new ones are excellent. While here to do the windows the guys also moved a heavy chest from the garage up to our second floor, a task we could not have done ourselves. We can highly recommend Chris Jackson’s Contracting. "My husband & I have known John Watson since 2022. In 2022, he performed extensive painting of our entire master bedroom suite including walls, all trim & doors. He also totally repainted bathroom vanities in our master bath & hall bath. This was a large, intricate project because all doors had to be removed. John did a superior job on the vanities. He is an amazing painter & a perfectionist. He treats your home as if it was his very own. Everything turned out so beautiful. In 2023, he returned to paint the walls, all trim & doors in a very large kitchen & laundry room. He also painted our deck. In Fall of 2023, when we purchased a new home, we were in immediate need of our entire house to be repainted. It was a huge project, all walls, trim, doors, & closets, even the garage. John took the project without hesitation & performed his painting in his usual style, perfectly! He also began the project immediately since we had just moved in & desperately needed the work done ASAP. He is also an expert in drywall repair & any other repairs needed during the painting process. He is extremely intelligent & knowledgeable in painting and many other home projects which is a real asset to us in selecting a painting contractor. He is always very neat, polite & considerate. He cleans the project site before leaving for the day. He always asks his clients how he can help them during the entire project.
