"Thomas & Thomas promptly called me to offer an estimate. Faced with less time to replace the carpets after moving in due to an emergency I offered to provide the measurements to save time. They professionally declined to skip that important step but were at my house early the next day. They were empathetic to my need for new carpeting as I ripped it out of the fixer upper in need of tlc because no carpeting was a huge improvement. Luckily they had a day off between jobs and fit me in within a week. I am calling them back today because I know they will help me with the home Maintenace that has been let go for years."

I contacted him one time and he came out and looked at it. He said he had to come back and fix it. I waited 2 weeks to call again and have not heard from him. He has now blocked my calls. "
