"My husband & I first scheduled to have lighting fixtures installed.  Lou called the night before to confirm the time & get directions & he arrived the next day promptly at 8 AM as promised!  He completed an excellent job in just a few hours.  We then scheduled to have drywall repaired, baseboards and flooring transition strips installed and brick in the foyer repaired.  He again called to confirm the time & both he & Tony arrived promptly as promised, worked professionally, and even cleaned up afterwards!
