He tore all wet / moldy insulation ,replaced all rotten beams, installed the humidifier and did the entire encapsulation. He came on a weekend to meet with to explain the processes in person. "I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. "They came a little unprepared. They had no battery with them to install the backup. They did go out and but one at a local retail store but I am not sure I got as good a quality battery as I might of if they had been prepared. The work area needed some polish after they left. I would not call it a mess but it did not have a finished appearance. I cleaned it up myself. All that said, they did do the job I needed not what gained them the most revenue."

They did not follow up with the additional drainage installation project, which they quoted and had scheduled for installation.
