They did go out and but one at a local retail store but I am not sure I got as good a quality battery as I might of if they had been prepared. The work area needed some polish after they left. I would not call it a mess but it did not have a finished appearance. I cleaned it up myself. All that said, they did do the job I needed not what gained them the most revenue."

They did not follow up with the additional drainage installation project, which they quoted and had scheduled for installation.
