"I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. They did not follow up with the additional drainage installation project, which they quoted and had scheduled for installation.
