He came into thehouse without knocking or ringing the bell. And wanted $150. I had no recourse but to pay him. I would never have them in my house or basement again. He told me he would send me an invoice and never did so I have nothing even with his name. No business card no invoice. Outragious price"

"We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."

Joseph Bardi spoke over me countless times and raise his voice at me. They no call no show on first scheduled appt. claimed to have partial phone number but never called PA American water to get the proper info. Cody tech came out 5 minutes says we only cover blockages. And took my $50 copay. Did nothing. I cut pipe open and there was a rock constricting 3/4 of the drain hole. After Joe hung up on my when I expressed his poor customer service and attitude, they neglected to answer next call. Kate was also rude over speaking me cutting me off a speed talking while trying to document notes. I do not recommend this company. I fear they treat people poorly and take advantage of the average home owner. I have been doing customer service for 21 years I never experience this kind of treatment or violation of privacy or disrespect. Nor would I service my clients this way. He also deleted his yelp after our call. I’m a 39 year old man single home owner no matter what the issue clients deserve respect. I wouldn’t trust this person in my home with the level of treatment they provided. When I expressed if they hung up on my again or continue to speak over me I would travel in person to speak professionally, they used the “harassment card” ."
