"The "roof repair" cost me $4,275.00 and the leak into my bathroom was worse before he fixed the roof. He did do a great job in painting my garages but wanted t charge me extra to paint the side door and the side window because I didn't specify that it was part of the garage when I hired him. LOL. He painted 4 pieces of wood which made of a section of fence the wrong color. But then I fiqured out the wrong color of paint on the fence and the not painting the garage door was because he ran out of the brown paint. I had the roof leak fixed by a very reputable roofing company and it was 1/4 of what Furko charged to do nothing. Needless to say I won in court. Furko now has a nice judgement against him which I am sure he will never pay. Would I recommend him or hire him again H*** NO!!!! The 1st picture is how my leak looked inside my bathroom when I hired Furko and the second picture was how it looked AFTER he "fixed" the leak and I paid him $4,275.00"

He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. "I recently purchased the house that was built by Incline homes. I like it. The reason I am giving one star is the ongoing issue with my AC. It's not working properly and it's 100 degrees outside and 80+ degrees inside right now. For 3 weeks I've been calling their office, leaving voicemails, sending emails. No one ever returned my calls or responded. All I get is the technician that keeps texting me promising to stop by. Never happened. I still hope Incline homes sees this review and resolves this issue. I will gladly change the rating if it happens."
