This company uses only snap traps and know-how to catch mice and to find and plug nearly invisible entry points. Work was thorough and workers were knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. The cost is actually a bit too high for me because they sell only a package, which includes insect spraying (using a poison that is not really environmentally good--same poison most companies use) which I do not want but have to pay for anyway. However, the service I do want has been worth the cost."

"Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."
