"Project: Pest Control - Mice I wanted a company that would not use poison to kill mice since poisoned mice kill owls, etc. and get poison into the environment. This company uses only snap traps and know-how to catch mice and to find and plug nearly invisible entry points. Work was thorough and workers were knowledgeable as well as friendly and polite. The cost is actually a bit too high for me because they sell only a package, which includes insect spraying (using a poison that is not really environmentally good--same poison most companies use) which I do not want but have to pay for anyway. However, the service I do want has been worth the cost."

"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. "Company was professional and came out, inspected and set traps for mice. Signed on for 60 day warranty to have follow up visits for routine inspection. Continued to call and state problem was not resolved and stated to individual who came out for follow on inspections. After several calls had another individual come out and inspect. Said we were likely dealing with squirrels and not mice. Said we should seal house and there was nothing further they could help with. Problem still is not resolved and working with new pest company to resolve the issue."

"Modern did a thorough repair job including significant structural repairs on 2 levels of the home.   They documented their work extensively in photos (at my request) for any future  homeowner.  Modern was careful to tape off non-work areas of the home (for dust control) and they protected my newly redone hardwood floors with full tarp covers.   They cleaned up when job was complete and even repainted repaired areas.  They were proactive and treated for termites in one area, in case they returned!  I consider myself to be a discriminating consumer, Modern's work was superb.
