"I am sorry to hear you feel you had unsatisfactory service. I know I have spoken to you on the phone since you posted this. I hope we have resolved any discrepancies with that phone call. I just wanted to assure you that the owner of the company has been a licensed reputable applicator for over eighteen years. He has developed a quarterly program that we stand behind because we feel it works. All of our employees are licensed and highly trained. We feel we are professionals and treat all of our customers in a professional manner. The nature of our business does not allow us to set specific times to do service. We always try to give a two hour window. We would never cut your service short if you had a problem in order to keep the next appointment. Also, if an issue arises in between services we do not charge for a problem that is covered under your agreement. We have been treating your property since September 2008 and at this point your preventative maintenance program consists of keeping the perimeter secured. We also do not feel that it is environmentally responsible to spray just to spray. We only treat when we have a targeted pest. As I said before, if an issue does arise in between services, we do not charge to return. We appreciate your business and if you have any further questions, please contact the office or email."
