Terrible. Required a deposit and then years after we informed them we moved they continued to bill us for work at a location we did not live at.

Treated our log home for an ant infestation. Up until calling S. Griffith, we had 2 differing diagnoses and 2 different quotes from other pest control companies that were outrageous. S Griffith not only correctly diagnosed our issue, but it was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than the other guys. And I never felt pressured to buy other services that I didn't need. I was so pleased with the job that they did that I referred them to my son who also used their services and so far so good. I would absolutely recommend!

I am not too thrilled with them. He is supposed to come in at a certain time every three months and he came early so he couldn't get into the building so he charged us but didn't do anything. They were supposed to come out on April 11th at 11.00 am and at 10:00 he gave me a call and left me a message saying he had been there and left because nobody was there that's because he was supposed to be there at 11:00 am. He just goes around the outside and says that his job. I think it depends on who comes out and once I met with them and explained to them what exactly I wanted and it was maybe two or three times before they actually complied. One guy is more responsible than the owner. The owner is the one that doesn't communicate and doesn't follow directions. I am beginning to using face products and so they would just go and spray anywhere around so I told them what I wanted to do and they would say, and lsquo;I can do that', and after telling them two or three times they finally did it.

I've been using them for year. I have the same guy that comes everytime. The prices are very reasonable and thorough and trustworthy.
