"I am so thankful that I found Brodys Services! My toilet wasnt flushing good & little moths were appearing from the drain. I had 2 plumbing companies come and each one had a different opinion and quoted high prices. My third estimate was by Brody. He was a good listener & very polite. He tested my plumbing and found the problem was a cracked pipe under the toilet. He had to jackhammer the floor, fix the pipe and re-cement the floor. He put plastic on the door ad kept the dust contained and cleaned everything when he was done. I was so pleased with his work and affordable prices, I decided to do a remodel of the bathroom. He removed my tub and installed a large shower, new vanity, toilet, and floor. It looks wonderful! He worked according to my schedule, gave me his expert opinion, and cleaned up daily. I am so happy with the results & his price. I would definitely be using his services again!"

"We got estimates from multiple companies. Although Advanced wasn't the cheapest their pricing was very competitive. We chose them because of the way Bill treated us. He came out multiple times to review the job even on a weekend! I felt that he was very honest as compared to some of the other companies we considered. He also did not trash talk the competition, which the others did. He was very to-the-point and did not try to oversell or high pressure us. My wife and I also felt like the people working their phones where super friendly and helpful, which was another reason we decided to go with them. We were very concerned about our septic lines being busted. Their team was great. They were on time, ready-to-work, polite, hard-working, and careful not to damage our underground plumbing. They also got the job done faster than expected and did not leave a mess. So far everything turned out great system is working and we are extremely satisfied with their work. I would recommend them to others."

"During the coldest part of Feb my gas was shut off due to big line leak. Complicated job as meter is 400+ feet from the house. Zack was prompt, on estimate and generally pleasant to work with"

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Annual inspection prevents leaks, blockages, pressure issues, or other problems from developing.

Yes, it’s necessary to have a sink drain stopper. While your sink will still work without a stopper, a stopper is necessary to keep things other than water from going down into your pipes and potentially clogging them. It prevents plumbing problems by keeping out unwanted debris and objects like hair, soap, toothpaste, dirt, and jewelry.

If you've discovered a rather frightening buildup of brown and black gunk below your shower cover, you're not alone. The smelly sludge is often a collection of mildew and biofilm. Biofilm comes from the breakdown of soap scum, hair, skin cells, and bacteria that collects during shower time. It's quite common in a humid space and relatively easy to clean with a gentle DIY cleaning solution such as baking soda and vinegar.

No, rough-in plumbing isn’t usually required for minor bathroom changes. However, if you’re taking on the cost of a bathroom remodel and require plumbing work, hiring your local plumber to replumb your home is best. Rough-in plumbing is only ideal for new construction and full-blown renovations.

An AC drip pan may stop draining if there’s a clog where the drip pan connects to the drain line. Clogs can form from a lack of cleaning or from rust or corrosion buildup. Cleaning the drip pan at least once per month lowers the chances of debris clogging the drain line.
