The work was completed in a very timely manner and with the highest degree of craftsmanship and customer care. There is a small leak somewhere in the underground plumbing of my geothermal heating system. I expected to receive a cost estimate in the several thousands of dollars, believing that excavation of the entire system underground would be required. Dave from Donahues suggested a simple and permanent solution for the cost of $480.00. The system is now working perfectly.

Our technician Joe was wonderful. He methodically checked all of the systems and deduced that the blower motor had failed. Unlike other HVAC experiences I have had, where the technician tells you what you need only, Joe explained his line of reason, backed each step with evidence that he showed us and then, out of a process of elimination, came to the conclusion it was the blower. I was very pleased with his assessment.

I was able to get a same-day appointment and the technician, Bryan, was awesome. I am a bit of a pessimist and always dread the idea of being taken for a ride by any professional, be it a mechanic, contractor, or doctor; however, Bryan put those fears to rest. With a flat $65 service call fee, you would think the technician would be racing around to get out the door as fast as possible, but this was not the case. Bryan was very professional and he took his time to diagnose the problem with my AC unit. In addition, he explained the problem and my options in great detail and patiently answered my many questions. There were no high-pressure tactics or any attempt to upsell, just a very straightforward and honest approach, which I really appreciated. To resolve my problem a part needs to be ordered and a return visit will be necessary, so I reserve the right to change my opinion, but if the next step of my AC repair goes as well as today, I think Donahue's just gained a lifelong customer.

I'd give them an A overall, their price, probably an A, their quality, definitely an A, their responsiveness, an A, their punctuality, an A, their professionalism, an A, and yes, I would use them again.I would say they are very concerned about making sure everything's right. They've been in and out because we're new owners and there have been a lot of issues. They are very responsive, is all I can say. They get parts in right away or they'll go pick them up, don't have to order them, and they come right back. They've been very good.

They are in and out all the time. They had to replace something. I am not sure if I have a service agreement, but they do service my equipment. They are very concerned about making sure everything is right. It depends on how long it takes them to do something but we are new owners and there have been a lot of issues. They are very responsive. They get parts in right away or they will go pick them up. You don't have to order them and then they come right back.

This company gave me the quickest most professional response on setting up an appointment. Dave arrived and checked over the system thoroughly. It turns out there was nothing wrong with it. The problem was my lack of knowledge of how it worked. Dave explained the system to me without making me feel stupid for calling him in the first place. We will definitely call them again if we need work done on our heating/cooling system.

I set up an appointment with this company and I was very pleased with the service. The gentlemen was on time and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I had turned on my AC just for test drive and it started to moan and bang. I hate calling companies for repairs because I'm so afraid of being ripped off. I called Donahue's and it turned out to be a part had burned out and the moaning I heard was because the AC was trying to start. Will call again if needed.

The technician arrived about 10 minutes early after a phone call that told us he was 15 minutes away from our house. The technician used plastic covers on his shoes whenever he was in the house. He was very friendly and completed the maintenance in the expected time frame. I actually paid nothing for this visit because the cost of a yearly service agreement includes annual check maintenance on my furnace and A/C systems. But I indicated above that the cost was 50% of the cost of the service agreement. The service agreement has other benefits in addition to the two annual maintenance activities.
