He is VERY attentive to detail, does an absolutely flawless job and fixes every single imperfection in your walls, ceilings and trim. "Crazy hard to schedule-no less than 10 emails back and forth. When finally scheduled both jobs were done as scheduled, except the leaf removal person showed up to clean my gutters! Both jobs were performed satisfactorily, but I feel the leaf removal should include blowing off the deck and actually REMOVING the leaves and not wanting to leave the bags for me. The person did remove them for me since I had had the scheduling issues...much appreciated.
The main reason I couldn't give them a better rating was due to the scheduling personnel.

"John, was outstanding in every aspect of the construction and remodeling of our deck. Initially in suggesting the design and materials to the great construction and implementation of the design. I was contacted by a client who was about ready to settle on a new house.
He wanted a particular color and style of an E.P. Henry product. The builder did not want to do custom work.
I designed the patio and sent it to Lee Dickerson. He emailed it to his mason who had a price in a few days.
The client was called with the price and the next day he called to give the "go ahead".
It took about 2 weeks for the material to arrive. When it did the mason did the work in one day. All stone
was installed, cleaned up and lawn reseeded.
The client was well satisfied.
I have done several jobs with Lee including a master bedroom & bath over a garage, several decks, a finished
basement and several whole house remodels.
He does exceptional work at good prices and does it quickly. I have been involved in countless projects and found
that regardless how good the work was if it took too long it soured the experience.
