On his first visit, he patiently listened to our requests, explained ceramic tile and its installation, and offered helpful suggestions, then submitted an estimate of the job within days. Bob thoroughly cleaned up the area both while he was working, and when he was finished. Throughout the installation process Bob was very hospitable and accommodating. He is a hard and steady worker and highly skilled, actually masterful with wood. I made a few changes to the original plan which he accommodated. My job was finished in 8 weeks and the outcome is beautiful. Since I did the painting, I can't speak to that element, but everything else he did."
