He totally redid my game room, built a closet/cupboard, dry walled, insulated where he could, paint carpet, lowered ceiling and installed recess lights, new doors (3) built a closet in powder room, new fixtures, tile on floor, water proofed outside walls, dry walled rest, sliding door on closet, lowered ceiling, paint, laundry room dry walled painted floor, new ceiling, water proofed where needed new light.
