"Yes! This Gentlemen said how dare I talk to him like that, I called him sir.. I will respect every man with sir! I mean nothing bad, all respect! So this whole problem started when we called on may 29th for our last payment, also please note this gentleman didn’t have anything to do with the written contract. So on the 30th, day after we asked for final payment, the gentleman(customers son) lets us know of bare spots and states that we cant expect his mother to throw manure on seed. For new lawn jobs we seed once, and I leave seeds with customers with specific directions. In the directions it states to water lawn twice a day for 14 days. This gentleman is complaining 10 days later about a lawn that hasn't fully pushed all blades. Also in the directions is states” if bare spots occur, treat at this time with additional seeds”. “You may place more mushroom manure on top at this time or beat seeds into ground by spraying more directly with nozzle”. So, this specifically states that you have two options, you don’t have to manure. Also please note we provide the extra seed. This lawn we are talking about is a 10x10 lawn and ten days later, thats the facts. I provide every customer with the same instructions and never heard of any confusion. In regards to half payment. [Member Name Removed], Rick’s mother sent us a beautiful letter saying how great we did. After that email, I did indeed return an email stating, you can mail check. I can provide a picture of this email if [Member Name Removed] or an angies list representative would like to see. It was sent on May 20th. Facts are this gentleman got mad at me for asking for my final payment and calling him sir."

"I did show up early, and that's a good thing! Not 2.5 hours early! But yes early.. Knocked on door, wife comes out, I say sorry I'm early, I'm JJ with jjs landscaping, she said,"oh yes, sorry I was upstairs painting",and proceeded to tell me about what needs done. I didn't know the sir didn't talk to his wife about the job, she seemed as if she knew everything. I asked her at end of bid,"is that it"? She said, "yes that's it"! Then the sir called me( very aggressive tone) I told him "sorry"!His tone was very aggressive, said it again,"sorry"! and finally again, so I hung up. So facts! I came early, usually good, I gave his wife estimate, also usually good, customer calls with aggressive attitude and I end with a pleasant dial tone instead of a childish rebuttal, I also think good. I choose not to argue, I'm sorry!!"
