170 While they did do the work and were courteous the bill was way over the home advisor estimate for the job. All they did was replace the motor on our attic roof fan and the bill was almost $400. The motor was listed $186 which sells at Lowes for about $80 and they were here for about 90...
Joe was able to come out the next day and diagnose our issue. The following day he installed the new motor. He was friendly, helpful and considerate. He was even extra careful and quiet around our sleeping baby!
Everything went off without any issue from the initial visit to determine the estimate/scope of the job, to helping with financing, to installation.
