A year later we had more problems, but the dealer that installed the opener had since gone out of business. The nearest Pro Lift dealer to us is over two hours away and wouldn?t make a service call. We did get a callback after we contacted corporate, but got no help with the problem. We?ll have to call a local repair shop to have our opener repaired. I would not recommend Pro Lift to anyone. "

This included some electrical work, stair repair, roof repair, support beam repair, wood rot repair, among a few other items. I appreciated being able to count on Mason for a quick response and fitting our repair into his schedule quickly so we could meet our tight deadlines to inspectors and buyers. His prices were reasonable and his work was clean and of high quality. He was responsive and very nice - truly great to work with.
