We can offer Mold Testing and Remediation. Water Damage. Smoke Damage. Fire Damage. Our owner is on site for all jobs! Call today we work flawlessly with your insurance company.

"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."

"I called asking for water testing to address well water tasting and smelling like Sulphur. They came 30 minutes late to collect the sample. Results were for two tings related to portability with no explanation, nothing about Sulphur at all. I emailed and left two messages with no response. Had to look up their address to find where to mail a check as they didn't even send an invoice, which I asked for."

Radon Detection and Reduction questions, answered by experts

To determine whether you have radon in your home, you must run a test. Radon gas has no odor or color, so you won’t notice a concentration of radon. You could purchase a DIY test at a local hardware store, but it may not deliver completely trustworthy results. The best way to test and receive accurate results is to hire a local radon detection specialist.

If high radon levels are detected, steps include sealing entry points, installing a mitigation system, and retesting the air regularly to ensure reduced levels.

Radon testing costs around $450 on average, but you could pay between $150 and $800 for testing, depending on a few factors. The size of your house is one of the most significant cost factors, as your radon professional will have to set up additional tests for homes with larger footprints. The type of test can also have an impact on the cost. Finally, some radon testing companies will include a recommended protocol for radon mitigation, while others might charge $50 to $100 extra.

Use a radon test kit or hire professionals to conduct a detailed assessment of radon levels in your home.

Sampling typically takes 1-3 hours, and depending on the provider, lab results are available within 2-7 days.
