"The quality of work and attention to detail was far above any company we've used before. Their prices were the best out of all the quotes we received. Also, the owner George took the time to break down everything he was doing for me. It was refreshing to be treated as an equal to my husband. Too often when we work with a company I feel like they only care about speaking to the "man of the house." There wasn't an ounce of that or any other toxic behavior here. I was at ease having them in my house when I was alone with my kids. We have had zero issues with our boiler since the install. The job was completed promptly, but with great care. Everyone showed up when expected. No cases of waiting around for hours (or days) after we were told work would be done. We are so happy with the results that we decided to have Pfluke back in a few months to install a split AC unit for us. I will leave a new or updated review after those services are complete. I don't often leave reviews. However, when it is warranted, I feel the need to both show my appreciation and to spread the knowledge to others who are looking for a trustworthy company. "Steve, Tyler, and Mason were a huge help. When my furnace failed, I tried cold calling and he was at our door an hour later from the job he was at. He installed a new capacitor within an hour and was on his way. A few hours later, the furnace stopped working again, but he came back the next day and installed a new blower motor. Each visit was quick, courteous, and professional, and also provided reasoning, direction, and maintenance tips. Very happy with their work, will be calling again for HVAC inspection in the fall."
