"Since I just joined Angie's list Dec. of 2013, four months after the inspection, I was not aware of any concerns or complaints concerning my service and this is the first I'm hearing about this. The client never contacted me after the inspection and never gave me an opportunity to make her happy. I have never received any verbal or written complaints from her. I believe that posting a statement, without giving me an opportunity to satisfy her is just wrong! A home inspection is an evaluation of the major structural and mechanical systems of the home. I perform my inspections based on these guidelines. I have been successfully inspecting homes in the Lehigh Valley and the Pocono's for over 25 years. I believe my job is not only to provide a professional inspection, but to also make the client feel comfortable with their choice of home. This is done by communicating on a personal level and sharing their dream. Also, by sharing opinions based on my years of experience.
