"Tom was able to schedule me quickly and came out and did a thorough inspection of my chimney. A liner was needed and Tom had his crew come out and install it the next day. They were quick, thorough, and most importantly, safety, conscious, and professional. Another company wanted me to wait five days for an estimate. Carbon monoxide is a killer and no one has the luxury of five days to wait for an estimate. When I receive the estimate finally from the other company, actually, four days after TNT sweeps completed their job, the price was outrageous. I am thankful that Angieâ s list put me on to TNT sweeps. They went above and beyond, and when they left, you couldnâ t even tell they were there. Their clean up was absolute and complete, and their workers were diligent and paid attention to every detail. This company is excellent. Their customer service is off the charts. "I liked the fact that they did the vent cleaning from the outside so I didn't have to worry about making space in the laundry room so they could get to the dryer. My only complaint is that it took them a while to get to me, even though I said I needed it done quickly. I had to call twice to get the job moved up, but I am happy with the work."
