"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"I called yesterday because we had a watermark on our ceiling and were afraid our roof had a leak. Tyler came today, inspected our roof, and fixed what he thought was the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us a new roof like some roofers automatically do. This company put on our roof many years ago, and we have not had any problems with it. It also recently put on a new roof on our son’s home, as well as his neighbor’s home. We would definitely use this company again."

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"

"Brian's guys were great. I needed the length of the garage drywalled after a flood in the garage forced me to remove all the wet drywall. He put in mold/water resistant green drywall in less than a day. He was working several large jobs and I expected that he would make me wait, but he didn't. He fit me in almost right away, did the work on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work, and did a great job. He made me feel like my project was just as important as any huge job. I would hire him again for any other renovation at the house. Thanks Brian and Steve."

"No they didn't do work promised in fact salesman lied tech lied branch manager Rob insulted.and called me a liar. Service was cancelled because of subpar work and they refuse to refund 5500 dollars. They came passed over most areas spent 40 minutes in a 3 family home and it's costing 5500 dollars. Called better buisness bureau, and had to hire a lawyer to recover stolen finds. We have been swindled by this company at a time we needed help. Very dishonest company. Do yourself a.favor go elsewhere. "

"The absolute worst service I have ever had. We purchased our first home and ran into an unexpected issue with our heating. We had this diagnosed as a failing gas valve. We we charged almost 2000$ for the repair and then told more parts were needed. We were given the option to replace with a 13k new unit as well. We had a second opinion and found a wire disconnected causing this unit not to run. When I was put in contact with the heating manager Scott I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation and misdiagnosis. I was told to "cool my jets, my part was shot and needed to be replaced" I have been asking for over a month for a detailed explanation of what was done and why it was done. No one can provide me details and have been told multiple times I would get a call back and never have. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I have never been treated with such disrespect from someone claiming to be a professional. If I wanted to throw parts at my unit I would have attempted it myself. I called Edwin Stipe for a professional and was left with thousands of dollars in bills and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The Danielle in the office and technician Joe were both very polite, but I can not stress enough CALL ANYONE ELSE !"
