He was honest, reasonable, and felt very comfortable with him to do the job. He was very knowledgeable about crawlspace repair and so glad we called him. He made all repairs using pressure treated lumber, scrape sprayed foam insulation along the damage floor joists, and repaired some floor joists. When he was done, he sent me a before and after pictures to show that he did the work. He also took my brother to the crawlspace and showed him everything that was done.
