After one week and not hearing anything from them I called and was informed that they would check and call back that day. I called later in the day after a few other service companies with whom I had previously dealt indicated that the first service available would be the next day.  My AC condenser was completely frozen (so I had shut it down) and it was going to be another hot and very humid night so I searched online for someone else. 

This is my first experience with Aire Serv.  Mark called to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would.  He checked all parts of my system and explained everything that he was doing.  He was not at all rattled that I was looking over his shoulder the whole time.  So far so good on the service that he performed in correcting the issue with my AC.   

Mark even installed a new condensation pump that I had purchased earlier in the day from Fagers.

I gave no rating on the price because I have no previous experience on the cost for this service.    

So far I am completely satisfied with the service performed.  My house is again comfortable on a very muggy day.
