Mo did an outstanding job in listening to what I wanted and explaining the different options available that would fulfill my wants and needs. He did not pressure, but made sure I understood the pros and cons of each system form a performance and cost standpoint. Once I decided on a system, he set up a time that worked best for me to have the system installed. Holtzople sent the A team out. Andrew contacted me to let me know they were on the way and once there, Andrew, Dwane and Will discussed any concerns with me before they started. They pulled the old system out, kept the area clean and updated me with the progress and whenever there were any questions. Dwayne found the perfect spot for the return air duct and installed it after getting my agreement. The three of them worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up after they were done. Andrew and Will walked me through setting up the thermostat app on my phone. They went through the entire system and pointed out the features in the quote, where they were located and how to perform the basics. Overall, I am very happy with the entire process from quote through install."
