"I move out of state. My delivery was late. I filed a claim that was a waste of time. They come up with a settlement of $74. Make that make sense. They broke 2 glass tables, broke a standing fans, broke a few drinking glasses that was in a box labeled fragile (glasses). The majority of my boxes were damaged like they were kicked or thrown around. I was charge for the use of an elevator that wasn't used. The only thing I'm thankful for is they didn't damaged my 2 televisions or my large glass table. $74 doesn't cover anything. I paid them thousands of dollars. I'm highly upset and pissed. I will not ever use them again. "

After another moving company bailed on me the day before my scheduled move, All Service swooped in and saved the day. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. "Stay as far away from Wayflower as you possibly can (we used them because of a broker, which is another HUGE mistake). From start to finish, Wayflower is unprofessional, unethical, lazy, and an absolute disaster. As shady a mover as we have ever experienced. They demanded cash after loading all our goods on their truck. But they refused to provide a bill of lading. Instead, they had my wife sign a blank BOL, then provided a fraudulent, filled out BOL the next day. No box counts. No bar codes. No knowing if all of our stuff was even on the truck. Upon arrival, they demanded the other half of payment in cash before they would unload anything. And demanded it with only half the load on premise. When they opened the trucks, the majority of boxes ( and plastic bins) were crushed or broken or both. No care at all for our belongings. The two-man crew, neither of whom spoke English, refused to reassemble furniture (despite the contract) and even tried to pretend to do so. The our one be"

"We hired Eastland for our relocation from SC to FL. From the initial consult through the last box coming in, we were completely pleased.Our movers were extremely professional, on time and went out of their way to make it a seamless move. Cannot say enough about them. Also pricing was very good and not one thing was damaged. The communication from start to finish was exceptional.Highly recommend Eastland!!"

"Perfectly Fast Moving is dishonest, manipulative, and flat-out unprofessional. The price doubled the night before the move. Then they tried to raise it again when they arrived. They pushed hard for cash only and no documentation. Their workers demanded a tip before leaving. And here?s the part that really disgusted me: They acted like my final price and their ?favor? depended on me giving them a 5-star review. It felt like strong-arming. Based on what I saw, it seems like the way they get any positive reviews is by pressuring customers during the move or trying to charge more money to get rid of complaints. This wasn?t a misunderstanding ? it was a pattern. I would never recommend them to anyone."

"When the movers arrived on November 15 to load the truck, they did not take everything that was agreed-upon to take with my original contract. They took things that we re not supposed to go. They did not give me an itemized list of what they took I have no way of contacting them since they left my home with the furniture I was told I had to pay almost double what my original contract was for although they said I went approximately 100 ft.³ over they agreed upon space they proceed to charge me nearly 80% more than what I originally agreed to demanded that I give them $2000 at pick up. All I had was 1600 and gave them every penny I had in my pocket They left without giving me my itemized list. I don t even know what they have on the truck and a number of items were left behind that was on the list to be picked up. The driver who seems to be the one in charge was very unprofessional, and in my opinion, very disrespectful and his communication skills. One of the workers stated to me and my wife that he did not understand why he was doing the things the way he was packing things on the truck the way he was that it made no sense. I m not sure what he meant by that but I definitely feel I was way overcharged please I beg you for help. I m on disability. I m relocating for health reasons and I need help please. I basically live off disability, and I can t afford to be overcharged and taken advantage of. I totally feel that this is happening in this particular situation."
