***PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*** Terrible moving experience and left us with damages to floors, walls, broken tv, broken adjustable bed and $900 additional charges. We wanted to support a local company and it was the worst decision. To start, we hired a 4man job because that is what Cameron, the owner, recommended due to our size home. I filled out the itemized form on all of the furniture that we needed to move. I did forget to add the grills and we had 3 of the. The movers showed up at 9am with a small moving truck. I disclosed the size of our home don't understand why they didn't have a large moving van. They said it may take more than one trip. Well that's not what we expected at all! One of the movers came to me and explained that they cracked one of the TVs and told us it would be replaced. Ok no problem. By the end of the move I was presented a bill with overcharges of $900 and never replaced the broken TV. Terrible dishonest company!

What a great company to work with during a stressful time! Cameron was very courteous and professional, coming out in person to assess belongings for the estimate. The entire team was friendly and polite. They completed our move quickly and carefully, providing extra care for delicate antiques. They even hauled away junk for us in the process. All this was provided at a cost lower than the other companies we reached out to. I highly recommend Better Choice for your moving needs.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. Moving is stressful at the best of times, and the last thing you need is poor management of a KEY PIECE - the movers! Not only did Better Choice completely miss my scheduled moving window (for which I had been charged a deposit), but they so wildly underquoted me, despite filling out the inventory meticulously, that I ended up paying DOUBLE what I was quoted. This company is poorly managed, dishonest, and not worth the headache. The movers showed up almost three hours late, as a parent of young kids, this absolutely wrecked anything I had planned for the rest of the day. Better Choice = Better Not!

Our move was excellent! No worries, Lester and Mike were very professional, kind, respectful and got the job done!!!! Would highly recommend and use again😊 Better Choice was the BEST CHOICE.

Cameron and his team showed up and immediately got to work. We moved from a 2-bedroom condo to another 2-bedroom condo. The weather was rainy and raw the day we moved. The guys were upbeat and didn't waste any time. They were accommodating and helpful in taking furniture apart and putting it back together. Everything was wrapped and protected from the weather, etc. They made sure everything was good, and nothing needed to be moved or changed before they left. The price was fair, and they came in under what was quoted/budgeted for. I would highly recommend Better Choice for your moving needs. I was happy to support this newer, growing, local business. Dylan Cameron and Ash were amazing, very quick, efficient and careful with my wife and Iâ s belongings. They quoted us at 13 hours due to it being 6 hours of travel time and it ended up being just under the quoted price at the end of the job! Extremely satisfied with their services would definitely recommend better choice moving as the best choice to move your house. Thank you again!
