They were late. Was told they could not get there until 1015am. We were to meet at 9am. They still did not get there until 1030am. They broke dishes, totes ornaments. They threw stuff onto the cart. I told the owner James I had a lot of stuff. I was wrong at tell the size of the unit and said, they needed a bigger truck. He said no, he also said he could use his cargo van to help. His team said to get another truck. James, the owner said, no. They put a cabinet that is taller than myself on top of a fragile desk. Put my 55in tv between boxes and the desk. The Christmas bag was under a box and a fan. Did not place the items how I wanted it to be placed. Did not put the tv stand back together. Put the bed together but, stopped halfway thru it, cause the owner didn't want to charge me more. They had to do 2 trips for no reason. This experience was devastating to me. Worst one I have ever had. Very worried more items will be damaged. Casey the one mover was highly unprofessional got angry cause there were over 50 boxes at the second stop. Which I told James there were over 50. He was so mad he stomped down the stairs. Left the plastic on the furniture. The owner James was to come to me and pay me for the 2 dishes I found broken. But, never came.

The job went well. There were some communication problems, but it was nothing major. Our job was also not a typical moving job as we were moving things out of a partially collapsed garage. James and his team did a really good job moving heavy stuff out of the garage and carrying it on some rough ground. We recommend Reflections Cleanout & Moving and will use them again if the situation arises.

They were very knowledgable and experienced, and helped me make my move from Mechanicsburg to Pittsburgh much more seamless than I ever expected. They were able to help me drop a few things off at my new address and then take the rest of the contents of my apartment to a local storage company. At no time did I feel nervous, because they walked me through each step. I highly recommend their services.

Omg ! I am o***** happy with their service! We called them at the last minute to move a 2000lbs bed. But these Titans didn’t stop there, realizing we needed more help then originally contracted for; these Hercules renegotiated terms on the spot with so much integrity I got EVERYTHING moved for the most reasonable rate in the area! Listen here, the only people I know that work harder, faster and cheaper are crackheads! Having this quality for their price, just makes me believe in humanity again. These regular everyday superheroes are outstanding! They were extremely polite and professional, they handled my things with so much care it was like watching an artist paint a portrait. If you hate moving it will because you never had these guys do it! I’m telling you call them I promise you, you will not regret it.

All three of the guys were extremely nice and very hard working. They went above and beyond and did not waste any time. Their prices were excellent and I would definitely call them if I move again!
