When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

He showed up on time, did a thorough job of inspecting the house from many different angles, and best of all, he was patient and took all the time needed to address questions from my wife and me, which he handled with a seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of inspection-relevant properties of the house and its construction and upkeep, along with a detective-like enthusiasm for the job. He didn't shy away from getting onto the steep roof for an up-close inspection of it and the chimney, and he also got into the crawl spaces to assess their condition. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
