They did beautiful work. The job was incredibly complex and T. Harrer Construction was the only company that would take on the challenge. The railings, posts, and balusters all came together perfectly and matched my exact vision and expectations. Most of the time they were there working I was gone at work and each time I came home there were great results. They were nice to work with and treated me fairly. Iâ m looking forward to the next project.

Tim is an amazing contractor! I hired him to renovate my bathroom, which included removing my bathtub and installing a shower. He also replaced my toilet, sink and vanity and wall covering. And he gave me the best price! Tim worked diligently with me to keep the price within my budget, but suggested reliable fixtures and items. He was great with communication and always answered my emails quickly. It was so nice to be able to converse with a contractor who was so helpful and thorough. I can't praise his workers, Al and Jake enough! They were super-friendly, personable, and yet professional. They explained the project along the way, always confirming that I was agreeable with the necessary installation details. They created a gorgeous new bathroom for me! And they cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend Tim's company to anyone. To rate this company on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 100.

Just to add to my previous review. I would not hire anyone else to do work for me. Everything about Tim and his crews is outstanding!

I learned of the company when I had siding blow off during a storm several years ago. They did an amazing job then so I hired them to build one deck and refurbish another. They did an amazing job The crew was as friendly. I was most impressed by their communication skills updating me on time of arrival each day. Workmanship is top notch They didnâ t leave any mess behind the day they left the job. I will definitely call them again for my next remodel project. The best company I have ever hired for home projects by far!!!

Tim Harrer is a great contractor to work with! We remodeled our entire house over the last two years and have worked with many contractors. Those who have done any home renovations know that contractors in general typically donâ t return calls, show up on time or respond to issues. From start to finish, Tim was always very responsive, showed up on time and fixed any issues that arose (and there will be issues). My issues had to do with incorrect materials and supply shortages, so no fault of Timâ s, but we worked through them. The job took much longer than expected due to above-mentioned issues, but the finished product was worth the wait. Tim is honest, reliable and hires quality guys (specifically Brandon) that pay attention to detail and take pride in their work. I gave him 4 stars for value for the money because he wasnâ t the cheapest contractor, but in hind sight after working with him he was definitely worth the extra money. Iâ m confident that he will stand by his 10 yr warranty if there are any problems that arise in the future. If youâ re on the fence about hiring Tim, donâ t hesitate. You wonâ t be disappointed!

They were very professional. Arrived on time, started working immediately, installed new roof,gutters, and downspouts. Cleaned up area, never knew they were here. Tim was easy to work with, always answer phone. and emails. Great company

Tim was very efficient in contacting us regarding getting us a quote, keeping us informed and answering any questions we had. The workers were very polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Due to a botched roofing installation prior to purchasing our townhouse, my wife and I discovered a major roof leak just after our 1-year new home warranty expired. This left us with a 2-ft by 4-ft hole in our ceiling and a 3-ft by 8-ft section of wall compromised. We tried everything we could think of to identify and stop the leak, and we dreaded every chance of rain, spending several nights emptying buckets throughout the night. I reached out to 4 different contractors and after meeting with only 3 of them, Tim was the only one who wanted to actually find and fix the problem. Tim promptly scheduled a time (In the dead of Winter!) to spray water to find the leak, and within 10 minutes he found the leak. He thoroughly and honestly explained the best solution and cost. Tim's crew installed new flashing along the roof line, replacing only the shingles that needed to be pulled up, and replaced the awful deteriorating stucco fiber siding with vinyl siding. After this work was completed, we approached Tim again to replace the rest of the awful stucco fiber siding on the rest of the house with vinyl siding. Throughout the process, I've had the pleasure of working with all of the foreman and each one is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough, and they offer helpful suggestions on the spot. Tim and his crews are dedicated to doing things the right way and to providing high quality craftsmanship. In the end, our townhouse is now water-tight and looks fresh and new compared the other homes on our block!

Tim is just awesome, all the way around. We live out of state and have a home in PA we are fixing up in hopes of retiring to in the future. We wanted to get a new roof on our garage (nice size, 12:12 pitch, steep). Tim had come and given us a fair quote late last year, but due to COVID, we couldn't come back to PA untill this fall. You don't want anyone working on your property while you aren't there so when we made it back to PA in September, called Tim to see if he could do the roof for us while we were back. No problem. He actually fit us in and got the roof on during the short time we were back in PA and did it on short notice on top of that! Very accommodating! My husband and I have been around many tradesmen/contractors and many over promise and under deliver. Tim is not like that based on our interactions with him. He does what he says he will do. He calls and texts you with any questions or concerns. We found him to be ethical and honest. Also want to say the roofing crew were respectable, mannerly and did a great job. They cleaned up the worksite and you couldn't even tell they had been there. Based on the great job Tim and his crew did with the roof, we are going to have Tim and his crew do quite a large job for us come early summer 2021. Hopefully, we will be able to post another positive review for Harrer construction. Keep up the good work!

Did a fantastic job installing my metal roof. Tim fully explained everything openly and honestly. The workers were very friendly, conscientious, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend.

Very professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, and honest. They took advantage of a warm day in January and replaced my roof in one day. They did an amazing job!! Highly recommend!

They were very courteous and patient with me. As an 89 year old woman, I was treated with respect and honesty. They were patient and went out of their way to explain and accommodate me and my schedule.

I had this job scheduled for my mother at her house. Tim was great to work with, and kept me informed of the job status all throughout the process. He had to replace all the wood on the roof, so it was a long day for the crew. Looking around the house, you would never know they were there. They even tarped my mom's hedges so debris wouldn't get in or behind them, and did a great job of cleaning up. All done in one day.( Neighbor had a roof started the day before by someone else. A week later they are still working.) Should have called Tim.

Tim and his crew were very professional and had great work ethic. They were quick and organized. Tim went out of his way during a rainstorm on a Saturday night to assist me with a roof leak caused by another installer. Remarkable commitment to quality. Highly recommend!
