"This company should not be bidding on patio paver sanding/sealing as it is not their expertise. They failed to remove mounds of sand from The patio after sanding the joints, skipped steps with watering down and securing the joints, and then sealed the pavers trapping Sand under the Patio creating polyhaze. Ownership was nice enough to try to Rectify the project, but unfortunately it did not work and now needs stripped and redone by another party after paying for their services. "

"The crew worked on our driveway in late July, early August. We’re very dissatisfied on how the job turned out. They cut out the bad section on 30 July and filled it with some sort of gravelly cold patch. The crew came back about a week later and sealed the driveway Problems: They DID NOT seal the gravelly patch area.........actually, they did seal a small portion of it, but that portion cracked within a few days Leads me to believe sealing any of it was a mistake as they must have KNOWN any part of the patch sealed would crack, but, of course, that leaves the driveway unfinished Highly related problem: The patch still has not totally dried, I can still push in on it with my thumb - and the situation is not getting better Hard to see how this job to be anything but a failure - ie, a waste of $3,600 Sign Grace Betts"

"I was looking for a contractor to replace my front porch and upgrade my back porch but had no clue where to start and what contractor to use. After meeting several times with Josh, the owner, I couldn't have been more comfortable entering into a contract for the work. He was polite, present, knowledgeable. Spent time with me explaining details. Webster's work was meticulous and every detail perfect. Like they were building it for their mother. Now I know I can rely on Webster for future projects and let my friends and family know that Webster is the way to go. I highly recommend Josh and his team. Highly caring and highly skilled!"

"Zach mis measured a foundation on step #1, made the wood structure fit in the cheapest and laziest way. Concrete pillars were supposed to be hidden under the shed (I also supplied a drawing from another contractor to go by) and they now extend past so I am not able to just easily landscape around them as well as some of the brackets literally hanging off of the pillars. A couple of the concrete screws did not draw down all the way, a normal person would find out why and fix but nope they left it this way, pictures in the link!! The foundation was not square and it is to wide as well due to this mistake. I also had to shim multiple areas due to the foundation not being level. He promised to come back and help with some landscaping and some sort of flashing on the back to help hide the mistakes and most importantly keep water off the wood, I even had him give me a paid receipt saying he will return to help and then disappeared. I have linked pictures and a video of the terrible workmanship. Would not recommend. A follow up and help with some of the landscaping would have been very appreciated. { Removed google link}"
