After meeting several times with Josh, the owner, I couldn't have been more comfortable entering into a contract for the work. He was polite, present, knowledgeable. Spent time with me explaining details. Webster's work was meticulous and every detail perfect. Like they were building it for their mother. They failed to remove mounds of sand from The patio after sanding the joints, skipped steps with watering down and securing the joints, and then sealed the pavers trapping Sand under the Patio creating polyhaze. Ownership was nice enough to try to Rectify the project, but unfortunately it did not work and now needs stripped and redone by another party after paying for their services. "
