A+ PLUS CONCRETE & FOUNDATION REPAIRThe crew was on time each day. They were professional and easy to work with. They patched and painted the deck and ceiling of my garage to stop the leaking into my workshop.The job came out real good. They had to move the furniture off my deck and some woodworking equipment from my workshop all went well. Goetz ContractingCouldn't have been happier with Goetz Contracting. Gave us the best quote and stuck to it. Went way above and beyond. Our original deck color was discontinued but Mike found another Trex color nearly identical and because he felt bad that it was discontinued, he wrapped our posts for free! It's not like it was his fault the color was discontinued but this is how Goetz operates. The whole team was extremely professional. Goetz ContractingLast fall, we began looking for a deck builder. We found Goetz Contracting, Inc on Angie’s List. After looking at their website, we contacted 4 deck builders. Michael Goetz was timely and responsive to all communication,and he was direct with what they could do and could not do.. From the reviews and pictures of their work, we decided to wait to have them build our deck and get on their list. Michael came out and spent the necessary time to listen to what we wanted and gave us some helpful recommendations as well. Last week, they came Tuesday AM and finished our 15’x20’ Trex deck on Friday afternoon. The crew was experienced and conscientious. Our deck looks amazing! It looks exactly what we intended it to be when we designed it. It is well made and is of high quality. The black wrought iron spindles, white Trex wrapping, and lighting put it over the top! At the end, Goetz Contracting, Inc wanted us to be 110% happy - they came back to do some very minor adjustments the very same day I called them. We really liked how the the black iron spindles looked and ask if they could change out the railing on the front porch. They said absolutely and had that replaced within the week! We are extremely happy with our experience with Goetz Contracting, Inc. We definitely would use them again!- Timothy B.

JDF ServicesI hired Jack to clean and stain my deck. He was very responsive, answered all my questions and was very attentive to my concerns regarding "failed" areas from a previous job. He pressure washed and hydro scrubbed the deck, and hand sanded "problem areas" in preparation for the stain. The stain was applied using spray on, back brush and roll in coatings. Although the price was a little higher than other quotes, I think you get what you pay for. Jack was prompt, professional and detailed in his approach. I'd certainly recommend him.- Mevalee S.

J Francis Company LLCJ. Francis did a mudroom addition and deck for us, and the quality of the work and materials was great. The crew was professional and polite, and adapted easily and quickly to some unanticipated issues discovered and some requested adjustments from us. They also had strong safety measures in place so that the project could be done amidst the Covid pandemic. The project management team was also very communicative, so we knew what had been completed, when issues arose, and what was planned to be done in the coming week. While the overall project cost ended up higher than expected, due in part to additional work we requested along the way, the work quality and the materials are top of the line so are worth the added cost.- SUSAN H.

His quote was significantly lower than what I got from another very active deck building company in the area. He stayed on top of communicating with me about the schedule (weather is always a factor in his line of work, so adjustments had to be made). His crew of Amish built our great deck in about 3 days: these guys are very skilled, hard-working and considerate. Any questions or observations where promptly answered and addressed. We install Under Deck Ceilings underneath elevated decks to make a nice dry, bright living space . We can add lights and fans during the installation. This area can also be used for storage.

Dusty and his crew did an amazing job with our deck, replacing an old (and lesser quality) plastic ceiling with his more durable and beautiful aluminum system. Dusty was incredibly responsive, giving us detailed quotes in person and via email. Once his crew was able to reopen for work (he was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 closures), they immediately came out and completed our large deck project in a single day! The attention to detail that Dusty and his crew are capable of is impressive - they were able to make the patio under deck even more usable by expanding the coverage of the ceiling, moving the drainage and downspouts to a better location, and installing a soffit to the outer portion of the deck that not only looks great but also keeps birds and other critters from getting in. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
