"In November of 2019 on Wednesday, before Thanksgiving the Wind Blew Off Rows of Shingles exposing my home to rain and snow. The Owner of C & H came to my home on Thanksgiving quoted me a very fair price. C & H Roofing Crew repaired my Roof on Friday just before a freezing rain snow storm was coming for the week. C & H Roof Repair Crew started in 7 AM and finished early afternoon. They brought their own equipment, reinforced other parts of the roof, and cleaned up the area as well. I was very satisfied as well as grateful ever since they did this job on a Holiday Weekend. I will always call C & H on any Home Project or Repair Emergencies. This Review was written well after Months of C & H Construction Finished the job and I have had High Winds again, but C & H Repairs are still holding up just as they promised. I highly recommend C & H Landscaping and Construction and do so with complete honesty and sincerity without reservation."

"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!

"Excellent service! Requested a patio with two large steps and two sitting walls. Greg did a fantastic job providing options for me and walking me through the steps of the job. In fact, they were very quick to reply and begin work (less than 1 week from first communication to first "shovel"). I am extremely happy with the results. My patio along with the 2 sitting walls looks phenomenal. I get complimented on it all the time and have loved using it for the past year and half. "Mike, Alan and the entire crew were very professional and did an excellent job. This project was a Storm damage restoration and remodeling of a 10x 20 feet workshop on my detached garage. A large tree had fallen and crushed the roof and damaged the walls of the shop. It included removing all equipment and storage from the workshop, demolition of the roof and 3 walls, building new walls, framing of the roof over the shop, replacing damaged roof sheathing on the main garage. Also, the entire garage roofing was replaced. 30 x 25 feet. Additionally, a new window was installed and new siding on the shop area as well. The new roof was built with an overhang facia and soffit. A custom workbench was built as well as floor mounted cabinets and a laminate countertop. My small lathe and drill press were remounted on the new workbench. All work was top notch. The workshop also had to be totally rewired with ample receptacles and lighting and a ceiling mounted space heater. Great job and I am pleased and highly recommend Richardson Contracting. Besides doing a great job on the garage workshop, Mike and Alan were extremely helpful in getting the insurance company to cover the cost of the restoration work."
