The Owner of C & H came to my home on Thanksgiving quoted me a very fair price. C & H Roofing Crew repaired my Roof on Friday just before a freezing rain snow storm was coming for the week. C & H Roof Repair Crew started in 7 AM and finished early afternoon. They brought their own equipment, reinforced other parts of the roof, and cleaned up the area as well. I was very satisfied as well as grateful ever since they did this job on a Holiday Weekend. I will always call C & H on any Home Project or Repair Emergencies. Then following the install we had to have them return because the screen for the door wasn't aligned correctly. Aggravating, but not the end of the world. Now just a few months later the door is making a loud clicking sound just before it closes. It's louder than the ancient metal-framed door we replaced. We scheduled service for earlier this week and they never showed. We called that evening and didn't receive a call back until three days later. During that call there was no apology and no explanation provided until I asked why they never showed. The excuse this time was a new scheduling system. Because I wasn't available at a time that was convenient for them, we're stuck waiting another two weeks to have someone look at it. Very disappointing."
