Ken was subcontracted by our general contractor to build a deck on our home. The borough building inspector has informed us that the support system is inadequate and needs to be repaired. Also, the stairway of the deck does not meet code. It is only 30" wide and it should be 36". Other work on the joints, etc is shoddy at best. Tried to reach out to Ken to work out a reasonable resolution but he refuses to return my calls or text messages. Don't hire this guy. He's dishonest.
