While they were here on day 1, they noted additional things for me: 1) roof had mold/moss on it 2) gutter was not pitched correctly They gave me a "package deal" for the power washing and roof cleaning. it looks great. Gutters look like new. Stucco (that was stained and black under the deck) looks like new. I'm very happy and would recommend!"
