Did a very nice job power washing the house and back sidewalk. Right at the start, they said they could not wash both the front and back sidewalks because they were longer than expected, unless I wanted to pay extra. I also said they did not need to wash my screened porch which encloses the whole first floor of the south side of the house, which they did not clean, but also did not take that into consideration for cleaning the front sidewalk. The worst part was that they broke a decorative flower pot and didn?t tell me about it. He said he forgot. I?ve never ?forgotten? to tell someone when I?ve broken something of theirs. He did ask what could be done to make it up to me. I said nothing was needed, except for honesty. I did not get a response, which led to further dissatisfaction on my part. Overall, their cleaning was good for what they did clean, but their character was not good. I would not recommend them.

Charles gave a reasonable quote quickly after contacting him. He showed attention to detail and explained all he was doing throughout the project. Initially I had him do power washing and exterior painting, and hired him for a second job to wash the roof and do some chimney repairs. I would highly recommend his services.

We met to discussed the project the same day I was referred to him. He provided a price quote which was acceptable. Work was scheduled for the next day since he had an opening in his schedule. Very good and proficient

Charles was great to work with. I hired him first to clean and repair our gutters, which he did well and promptly. Because of the service, we then hired him to wash and clean the whole exterior of our house. He is detail oriented, communicates well (phone and email), and respects your time, home and personal space (during Covid-19). Overall, very pleased! I will hire him to do all our exterior home services.

We had some tree-sap stains on our porch roof. He worked until they were gone. Our metal porch roof looks "new" again.

Very professional. They had an issue with the pressure washer. Came back the next morning (worked with me on time) to finish. While they were here on day 1, they noted additional things for me: 1) roof had mold/moss on it 2) gutter was not pitched correctly They gave me a "package deal" for the power washing and roof cleaning. it looks great. Gutters look like new. Stucco (that was stained and black under the deck) looks like new. I'm very happy and would recommend!

Hector was very Professional. They were there early and were done by noon. They left my house looking like new. Amazing work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
