The plumber was excellent. I called at 10:00 PM and received a call back at 8:00 AM the following morning. (I was not calling for nor expecting emergency service.) A plumber was sent to my home within half an hour to evaluate the problem, which was a leaking deteriorated pipe. The plumber had a scheduled job, but returned in less than 2 hours to replace the piping to our laundry tubs and washer, including installing shut off valves to prevent future water damage. The plumber was knowledgeable, professional, clean, and courteous. I couldn't ask for better service. We have user Bryn Mawr Plumbing for over 50 years. The experience for all our plumbing needs has always been excellent.

The company was not available for emergency service.

They do what they say they will. They always call me back the same day. Very nice. They charge a reasonable amount. Very respectful. I have has all good experiences with them.

Originally asked the company to evaluate dishwasher and they could not help. Had them look at the drain pipe. They suggested replacing the pipe. It took 10-15 minutes to fix. A simple straight forward job. They did not tell me beforehand what the fee would be (my mistake not asking). I shortly after received a bill for over $300.00--in my opinion an outragious charge for such a simple job that took a very short period of time. I offered $150.00 which I think was still too high and was told to send it in and when I asked for a new invoice was told that wasn't going to happen that I would still be billed for the remainder of the $300.00. At some point after several phone calls in which the owner was hostile and threatening I finally just gotten beaten down and agreed to pay $250.00 in total. The quality of the work was not bad. If you do business with these people be careful. They are all about being greedy.

We were overchanged. It took the plumber less than half an hour to finish the job, and they charged us a travel time and said we would need to pay $250. We offered $150, which I believe is very reasonable. The job was very simple. The owner of the company is attempting to take advantage of the situation. He has been very rude. He asked us to get quotes from other plumbers for the same job the plumber performed, which we did, and they offered less, but he is still insisting on $250. When we offered the $150, he said he would take it, but would not send a receipt, and said he would find other ways to get the rest of the money. The owner is not honest.

They are very efficient, reliable and courteous. I have used them several times and the quality of service has been great. They clean everything after the work is done and the price is very reasonable.

For several week our toilet drain had been slowly leaking out so we scheduled for a plumber to come check it out. They arrived on-time, as scheduled and quickly assessed the problem. Within 30 minutes, they had reset the toilet and cleaned up the area, as if they had not been there. Excellent service, and quick response.

Plumber was prompt and worked well, had everything completed in just over an hour.

After trying unsuccessfully to clear two slow-moving drains with Liquid Plumber, I called for an appointment. We traded phone calls several times over a few days (which is why I assigned a ''B'' rating to responsiveness). When the plumber arrived, he was friendly, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. He replaced the trap on the powder room sink, something I did not realize needed replacing but I could see what the problem was when he pointed it out. He then worked hard with the power driven snake to clear the drain. Also cleared the drain in the kids' bathroom. These both took awhile. When he accidentally nicked the sink upstairs, the plumber took great pains to fix the nick so that you can't tell anything happened. He clearly took pride in his work. He laid down protective floor coverings.

I give them top marks. The owner is exceptionally smart and honest. He does the work on time, even overnight in emergencies. His employees are all very skilled and professional. We recommend them to friends frequently. The heating system was our biggest job. They were right in the middle on price but up with the top bidder (the big name pricey heating/plumbing contractor in the area) in terms of quality, according to other contractors who've looked over their work.
