Shawn looked at my roof on Tuesday and did the repairs on Wednesday. He walked me through the repair process, told me what he'd do, and then did an excellent job. He was even able to use some shingles I'd saved to keep the cost of the repair down. I also appreciated his estimate on the remaining life of the roof so I can an for its replacement. No high pressure sales pitch, just facts. If you need roof work done, very highly recommend!!

Kriner's Quality Roofing did a great job with the removal of our old roof and installation of our new shingle roof. They were professional and did a really good job cleaning up when the job was complete.

He came right away, he bills me later does not request payment right away.

Shawn Kriner did an excellent job on our roof. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He pays great attention to detail. He sat down with us and explained every aspect of the project in detail, with samples of everything he would use on our roof. He is very much a people person and very eager to make the customer happy. He even  stopped by a couple of times, to show us another sample he didn't have and even brought a couple of full shingles, to give a better idea of what it would look like. He actually does the work himself along with a couple of coworkers. We are very pleased with the quality of work that was done.
Below is a part of the actual proposal of his work, which shows the detail he gives. We are satisfied that he did everything in this proposal. His bid was tied with the lowest of 4 estimates and we were impressed with him above all the contractors we got estimates from.
PROPOSAL: We hereby propose to furnish the materials and perform the labor
necessary for the completion of all tasks entailed for the re-roof at

WORK INCLUDES: Tearing off all old roofing materials to bare deck and applying a waterproof
underlayment with an overlayment of Limited Lifetime GAF Timberline
High Definition Architectural Shingles. Seal gutter seams.
UNDERLAYMENT: Perimeter of roof will be encased in 2" dripedge. Moistureguard
will be applied at eves, valleys, roof penetrations, and walls.
Synthetic felt will be applied to the remainder of open deck. All
rotten lumber will be replaced at a cost of forty dollars per sheet
of plywood all other carpentry twenty-five dollars per hour per man.
Two sheets of 4' x 8' plywood comped to homeowner.
OVERLAYMENT: Starter strip and Limited Lifetime GAF Timberline High Definition
Architectural Shingles will be applied at 5 5/8" exposure with a
½? over hang on eves. Peaks to be cut open to 2". 1' from end
to end Gaf Cobra Sno Country Ridge Vent and GAF Hip and Ridge Shingle
Caps are to be applied. All hips are to be capped at standard
exposure. Pipe boots will be replaced and shingled around properly.
All other penetration will be shingled around properly. All roof
flashings will be replaced properly.
CLEAN UP: All gutters and down-spouts will be cleaned. All unwanted debris and
material will placed in trash receptacle and removed from the
property.
WARRANTY: Certificate of 10 year craftsmanship warranty as well as a verification of
completion letter will be granted after final payment of completion
of all tasks.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be
performed in accordance with the specifications submitted for the
above work, and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner for the
sum of: Seven Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($7,000.00).

Kriner Roofing visited the house and gave us an estimate. We compared it with two others and decided to go with Kriner Roofing. The work was scheduled when the materials were received. We were actually at the shore when the work started. We gave them permission to proceed. The work was completed, we did have a slight leak but Kriner came back and fixed the problem and we have not had trouble since.

After discovering a leak in one of the upstairs bedrooms, we called about five roofing contractors found on Angie's list. My husband called them all, and got answering machines or voice mails for each. Kriner's called back the same day, came out to look over the situation the next morning and had the repairs done a few days later. The service was impressive. The price was right.

\He retutned my telephone call within the hour. sceduled an appoitment at 10:00am the next morning. He arrived on time looked at the job an gave me an estiment. The job was completed by noon. He also gave me an estiment for installing a

new roof.

When he showed up for the free estimate he had his assistant lay samples up against the front of my house so I would have the brick of my home as a back drop so I would get to see an idea of what the shingles would look like (a major plus). He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he would be doing if he were hired for the repairs. Needless to say I was sold before he left from the free estimate. The next time we communicated which was by e-mail, he informed me that it would be about 4 weeks before he could start and was starting on my roof 4 1/2 weeks later. While working on my roof all I can say is that I couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with. I've seen a lot of roofing contractors working around town but the underlayment that he used was by far better than what I've seen put on roofs that I have noticed other contractors installing. While preforming the work you could see that he was taking his time to make sure that he was providing me with the best roof he could provide and you could see the pride in his workmanship with the way he laid everything out and as the work progressed until he was finished. I would highly recommend him to anyone, trust me anyone who knows me can verify I'm not one that's easy to impress.

He replaced the shinges (and also the worn out boots) on my roof yesterday, and even went beyond our agreement and fixed some areas that he didn't have to. I was very impressed with Kriner's and would recommend you consider them for your home.

Removed current shingles from tri-level house and garden shed and replaced both with new Ultra HD Lifetime Weatherwood Architectural Shingles, at a total cost of $ 6,978.46.
