"Easy to get a quote and competitive cost. Ben communicated throughout the process and helped get the paperwork needed from the township. Together with Chris, they removed our old wood deck and replaced with Trex. Clean up was excellent. We love our new deck!"

Small jobs welcome

"Vince did an awesome job for us framing up a new door in an existing hallway, installing new drywall around the door as well as installing the door, frame, and trim. We were extremely pleased with the work and would recommend to anyone looking for similar work to be done. Vince was very communicative and matched the new door to our existing doors and trim. Highly recommend."

"Kevin George completed the four projects in one day. One project was rebuilding a gardening bed. The three other projects were replacing light fixtures inside and outside the house. When replacing a ceiling fan became difficult, they did not give and say they would return and then never return. Both gentlemen were friendly and patience with my questions."

"Company responded to email, phoned in advance to alert arrival, heard my concerns for safety with oven issues and resolved breaker problems. Discussion of future additional work was given thought and some items explained. All members of this business-from office and scheduling to owner and support technicians were friendly in interactions and timely completing tasks. Thankful to find quality work!"

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Built-in gas grills typically have a life span of 10 to 15 years. However, their longevity can vary based on quality, usage frequency, climate conditions, and maintenance routines. High-quality models made from durable materials tend to last longer. Additionally, regular cleaning, covering the grill when not in use, and conducting routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning burners and replacing worn-out parts can extend its life. A well-maintained built-in gas grill can provide excellent performance and memorable cooking experiences for a decade or more, making it a worthwhile investment for outdoor cooking enthusiasts.

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

Yes, you can lay a gas grill flat during transportation. Laying it flat can help prevent it from moving around the truck during the journey. It’s still advisable to secure the grill with bungee cords, just in case.

Safety steps include proper vent installation, connector tightness, and leak testing. A safe environment must be maintained throughout.

The cost of a gas grill burner ranges from $10 to $100 or more, depending on the brand. If you’re replacing one burner, consider replacing all the burners simultaneously. Although it will cost more upfront, it will save you the hassle of replacing a burner every few months, and your grill will cook more evenly and efficiently.
