I first contacted Brian last summer about the possible relocation of a used playset we were going to purchase. We didn't get it, but decided to get a new set this year instead. He was very responsive both times though email and told me he was booked far in advance during the summer. We did have to wait a few weeks to get him to come out, but it was only because they are so busy. He had to reschedule once because of rain, but he was available first thing the next morning. He and one other worker showed up 5 minutes early and worked tirelessly in sunny, humid, 90+ degrees temps to get the set up in 4 hours. We would have still been taking parts out of the box after 4 hours if we had done it ourselves. The price is high, but comparable with other companies we contacted. It's also worth it to know the set is safe and put together correctly. Most importantly, the kids loved it. We couldn't drag them off then set when they got home. I would highly recommend Brian and his company and use them again if needed. 

I am the type of consumer that likes to do a lot of research. I don't always go for the cheapest quote, I'd rather give the job to a company or person who knows what they're doing and shows professionalism. I emailed Brian numerous times. Granted I must've sent a handful of emails back and forth to ask about quotes and what not. I was waiting on other projects to be completed prior to getting he and his team onsite to assemble our swingset and shed.
Finally on 5/20, I sent an email asking for a final quote. I have NOT received a response since then. I've moved on and found someone who isn't "annoyed" by my questions.

Brian and his partner arrived promptly at the time of the appointment and got right to work.  They worked quickly and diligently and did a great job from start to finish.  The Swing Set turned out great and I would highly recommend their services for any of your assembly needs.

Brian was very responsive throughout the quoting and scheduling process. He was also very patient as the weather interfered with our first few scheduling attempts, and was quick to find a new agreeable date for the install. When the (snow-free) day arrived for the install they arrived exactly on time, explained what they were going to do, and set about doing their work. They did a great job and finished when they said they would. When they were done they took the time to go over the warranty, registration, and other paperwork that came with the set and pointed out maintenance that I needed to expect (periodically checking the tightness of the hardware, etc). I've since been all over the set and it looks good; I consider myself rather detail-oriented (to put it politely) and I honestly can't find any nits to pick. Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend them to a friend.

On time, good work, great communicators. If you need a swing set assembled...these are the guys!

These guys are great. While certainly not cheap, they did a great job. They were responsive and punctual and did a great job. They were so familiar with the swingset (having put together so many) that they really knew what they were doing.

Very good responsiveness and was able to come out a couple days after our playset was delivered. Showed up bright and early, and on time, and got right to work. The men were courteous and friendly. They built the set within a few hours and left the area clean. The playset looks and works great.
Price was $350 plus $55 for metal spikes in lieu of the plastic ones that came with the set.

We hired The Assembly Pros to move and reassemble a swing set that we
purchased from Craig's List. Brian was very responsive to all email
communications. He responded quickly and always was very professional.
We had to reschedule the date due to snow, which was obviously out of
their control. Brian got us back on the schedule as quickly as
possible. The day of the install, Brian emailed me in route to let me
know their exact arrival time so I would know to meet them early. They
were very professional and did a great job moving our swing set. We
would definately use them again!

Plain and simple it was good value for my money. 400 bucks for them to do in a few hours which would have taken me all weekend and quite a bit of aggravation. And they did a great job.

I searched the web and several companies who offer this service. The AssemblyPros came up numerous times on web searches. I contacted about 5 vendors. Brian Peterson got back to me via email right away. He was very friendly and asked the right questions. His quote was very reasonable! Unfortunately, they had another install at the time we needed but he bent over backwards trying to accommodate our schedule, offering up several alternate dates and times. We ended up spending $100 more with another vendor just b/c they could do the work at the specific time we needed but for SURE we will use AssemblyPros next time!

I wanted to get a play-yard for my children, but a new one was too expensive. So I looked around and found a source for buying used play yards. The next problem was how to take it apart, transport it and reassemble it in a short period of time. I found The Assembly Pros the same place I found the source for the play-yards. I called Brian, described the play yard, where it was located and where it would be going to. He gave me a quote. He also told me things to look for when checking out the play yard. I found a listing for the play yard, looked at what Brian suggested and determined it was what I was looking for. I bought the play yard on the 5/12/2009, Brian went and disassembled it, transported it and reassembled it on 5/16/09.
