We initially met and planned out the entire project and everything was completed in the time period specified. The work was done on time and to our satisfaction. Zoe's Property Services LLC surpassed my expectations. It can be nerve wracking finding a company that can 'do it all' and trust that the work will be done on schedule and to the satisfaction of the client. I originally sought out a handy person and the moment I met Jean I trusted my instincts. From start to finish, original consultation to view and discuss work to be done, to the great timeline and overall work completed, I'm beyond satisfied; I couldn't be happier. I had plumbing, carpentry, installation of bathroom units were completed. Jean and his crew will be my ultimate go to for all things renovations.

I needed an 8000 BTU window air conditioner brought up from my basement to the second floor and installed in a window as soon as possible as outside temperatures were approaching 96 + degrees. From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life.

Everything went really well. He was on time, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was raining and he took off his shoes when coming into the house. I thought that was very respectful. It showed us that he thinks about the home not just the work that needed to be done. My husband and I plan on hiring him again and would absolutely recommend him to family and friends.

Gliford Jean of Zoes Property Services LLC (who introduced himself to me as Jean, which is how I addressed him) was prompt, responsive, easy to work with, pleasant and clean. The work was done promptly and neatly. The work had to be done in my attic and on the roof, and it was a VERY hot day. I am totally happy with the project and Jean.

He turned an old beat up room into a wonderfully comfortable place. I hired him for a second job before he even finished the first. Patient with my dogs and kids. Always polite and out of the way. He repaired 2 separate roofs - on the main house and a smaller roof over the enclosed porch quickly and for a amazing price right before the holidays.
